It's really incredible how this website has affected me in the most profound way, in such a short period of time. I thank you and the people in my support group for making this new journey more manageable.

This site sure beats MySpace, Facebook, or any other support site! I believe the major thing that makes this so touching is the faces I can connect with and the members that are true to their experience.

Technology is great and it's everywhere. We've got many sites to choose from but PatientApproach.com is the only one I found to have that warmth and tight-nit community I'm looking for. Keep up the good support and if you're hesitant about joining, come aboard! Communication sometimes, is the best medicine.

The positive support from my fellow community members and caretakers have really helped me, during my first three months of diagnosis - I'm very thankful to everyone!!

With all the discomfort that comes with the cocktails and cocktails of medicine
it's nice to know that I'm not the only one living this way. I now understand that the discomforts are simple, minor distractions of this wonderful thing called life. I am so thrilled to come across Patient Approach (thanks bobo).

This is the first health website that really made sense to me. I'm able to connect with other people like me, track my own health and see how I'm doing with my meds. I wish it were around years ago.

I've encouraged many of my fellow patients to check out this site. I can't wait to see how my friends are doing online. I think it's so valuable to me to see others taking the same drug plan and if the same effects are happening to them. I find myself logging in at all hours to track my status and to see how my friends are doing.

I can't stress how valuable it is to share! I've just recently joined a health centre and to my surprise, I'm finding support with other members. It's also interesting to see how some of my information can be shared with companies looking at potential new treatments. This site makes me think that maybe one day, a cure can be possible. I'm discovering that I can take a stance on the direction of how information is gathered and used!

HIV can be a very lonely and sometimes difficult subject to talk about. I'm very grateful and thrilled about the friends I've made and the community we've built together. I'm not sure if I can imagine going through my daily routines without knowing that I have Patient Approach at the tip of my fingers.

It's incredible the things we discover about others and ourselves when we're not afraid to open up and share. I can't believe how much I, personally have changed since logging on.

Just dropping a note to let you know what a Godsend website this is. I am no longer scared to share with others the struggles I have and the broken soul I once had. I have felt lifted by the stories of others and healed with the strength we have in numbers. Sincere thanks.

Having a partner with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is at times an impossible task. Even with the proper education and training to help me understand and handle my partner's embarrassing compulsions
doesn't always make it easier. Chatting with others in the support groups gave me a sense of greater appreciation of what I'm doing and insight into my partner. Thanks and I hope to let you all know how important this connection is.

Like many others, I've been coping with my illness in silence. I didn't want to worry my family and friends because I've always enjoyed being independent. However, like many others, I've developed an unhealthy way of eating and eventually lead up to my hospitalization. It's hard to explain why we feel the need to do what we do. Going online to Patient Approach gave me the reach I needed to talk to people that understood without asking. Thanks and keep up the good work!

I had a stroke last year and my doctor had suggested to me to gain back control on my eating habits. It can be hard as I really do enjoy my food, especially the fried variety! I found a support group on Patient Approach that allowed me to check out other's healthy recipes and eating tips. I order takeout quite a bite so the suggested items at places like MacDonald's ;) was really useful! Plus did you know you can cut your calories to next to nothing just by switching your cream to milk in your coffee?! Anyways, thanks!

I just had my first baby a few months ago. My husband and I had planned for this elaborately and are extremely thrilled! However, I've been diagnosed with Postpartum Depression (PPD). It started with insomnia. I was so terrified by this diagnosis. The mommies (new and old) on this website has been so supportive, thank you. Thank you for making my new outlook possible.

I've had diabetes for about 6 years now and have also been recently diagnosed with depression. To my surprise, I found that there were others like me here at this site. We are starting to share our information on diet and medication plans. Without patient approach, where would be go to socialize, share stories and all the other complicated but important stuff like our strict diet and medication?? You guys rock!

I was able to organize a fund-raising event for heart health through patientapproach.com!! It was much easier than I thought. It really helps that there were people already interested in heart health and were all super in helping me organize the run. Keep up the good support everyone!
